Lots to do, in so little time. Yes, your big day is important, but so is your health. Here are some small ideas that we’ve learnt over time..
Give yourself some ‘alone time’
It’s easy to get overwhelmed and stressed out while wedding planning but try not to let it have a negative impact on your surroundings and wellbeing.
Make sure you leave time to give yourself regular breaks to let your mind relax and to prevent from over stressing about the big day!
It is always a good idea to save your wedding planning for a specific day and time of the week to be able to plan out effectively.

When In Doubt, Talk It Out
Sit down and relax with some of your closest friends and family members and talk to them about any worries or causes of stress. Sharing may help the problem.

Try Out The Gym or Yoga
The gym is known to be very beneficial for your mindset and headspace as your body produces endorphins which are chemicals produced by the body to relieve stress and pain. Working out will get your mind off your wedding and any stress built up from it.
Try out yoga or a spin class once a week to keep your mind and body healthy.
Try Something New
In order to get your mind off the stressful wedding planning, it might be a good idea to pick up a new hobby or something to do for fun to take a break from it all. There are many new things that you can focus on such as reading a book, learning to crochet, painting, learn an instrument etc.
Do something that may take you out of your comfort zone and you will forget about the pressures of wedding planning!

Hire A Planner
If balancing all of your tasks becomes a bit of a struggle, you may want to consider hiring a wedding planner to help make everything run smoothly and take away some of the stress.
Ask For Help With Tasks
Asking friends and family for help to spread out some of the tedious tasks will help to free up more of your schedule so that you can focus on more of the important things

Put Things Into Perspective
Make sure to take a moment and look at the bigger picture surrounding you. Take some time to pause and relax and remember why you are putting in all of the hard work that will eventually pay off!
Have Fun
Even over the stress, you may feel it is important to have fun throughout the whole experience because this is your day and yours to remember so make sure you have fun with it!
